360° Private Training Studio is custom-designed, private, one-on-one body training with an experienced and certified personal trainer. Individualized fitness training sessions are generally an hour or more in length for 1, 2, or up to 5 days a week. Private fitness training sessions are designed to fit your experience level, goals, and lifestyle. 360° Online Virtual Training is now available. 360° Small Group Classes and Workshops are also available at the studio or at another location upon request.
Experienced, knowledgeable, and patient, Melissa Heston specializes in personal fitness training for the “whole” person (body, mind and spirit). She utilizes current techniques and methods of movement suited to your individual body and your individual needs.
Melissa serves as a personal fitness coach, teacher, and training partner, helping you work toward your individual health and fitness goals.
The private studio is located in the Dayton, OH area in the Miami Valley, and is conveniently located in Yellow Springs, near Springfield, Xenia, and Beavercreek. The studio gym is equipped with cardio machines, a variety of hand & free weights, balls, kettle bells, power ropes, TRX Pro, bands, boards, steps, Pilates reformer/half trapeze table, mats, blankets, bolsters, and more.
360° Online Virtual Training is suited for individuals who need accountability and 24/7 Workout Programs. Plan includes online access to workout programs, visual media, and other resources, in addition to phone and e-mail feedback and conferencing. Whether you are traveling, working remotely, or in need of more feedback and correspondence remotely – this is a great plan for you.
Whether you are recovering from an injury, tackling challenging health issues, need more fitness education, or need extra encouragement to get started or keep you on track – private training has many benefits for you.
